why I run

Running is a lot like therapy. Breathe in breathe out. One foot infront of the other, focus on your goal ahead. You are present and mindful. The only person you are really competing against is yourself. The running community is never angry or upset, it's all smiles with the runners high, you all run for different reasons, no matter what the age, disability or reason you run.... Thank you running!
